FAQ Info: Find a Tender Service

On January 1st, 2021, the UK Government launched the Find a Tender Service (FTS), a free to use service specifically for publishing all high-value public sector contract notices for works exceeding the £122,976 threshold.

What is the Find a Tender Service?

The Find a Tender Service (FTS) is based on the existing Contracts Finder platform which publishes all contracts with a value of £10,000 or more. Both use a simple search and filter function, allowing you to find a tender opportunity based on stage (e.g., Prior Information Notice, Contract Notice, Subcontract Notice), industry (via CPV codes), location, value, and timeframe.

In collaboration with the active Contracts Finder, Sell2Wales, Public Contracts Scotland, eSourcing NI and eTendersNI, the Find a Tender service tool will allow all businesses and bid professionals to identify key public sector business opportunities.
